Frequent Flyers: 12/27-1/2

There were a number of good performances around the league this week. In terms of having a good string of games, there can only be a few Frequent Flyers.

Our first Frequent Flyer is Trailblazers guard C.J. McCollum. This guy absolutely balled out this week in the absence of Damian Lillard. He put up a near triple double against the Kings, followed by 29 and 32-point games respectively. He is an early Most Improved Player candidate in my book and if he keeps these numbers up, he’ll win it. Very good C.J.!

Our next Frequent Flyer is Nets center Brook Lopez. Lopez, who plays like an old-school big man, actually did that and showed that this style of play can still dominate in the NBA. He put up three double-doubles that included a 24 point, 15 rebound, and 5 block performance against the Magic. Keep it up Brook!

Our last Frequent Flyer for this week is Bucks guard/forward Khris Middleton. I like Middleton’s game and he showed me why this week. He put up 33 and 36-point games respectively and did so primarily from inside the 3-point line, which show his continued improvement as a player. Cheers Khris!

Thank you for flying with us, if you have anyone that you thought was worthy of being a Frequent Flyer,  please comment below and follow us on Facebook!
